Cathy Pritchard was born in Okmulgee, and grew up and graduated high school in Cushing. She attended the University of Central Oklahoma where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education.

A full-time, full-service agent since 2007, Cathy is the recipient of the 2008 Associate of the Year Award. She attributes her success to her unique skills acquired during her three decades of teaching children. “Teaching gave me excellent communication and people skills,” Cathy explains. “But most of all the experience gave me an abundance of patience!”

Cathy is dedicated to her clients’ best interest, working hard with honesty and integrity to ensure their transaction is successful. “I communicate with my buyers and sellers every step of the way, from listing through closing.”

Cathy is familiar with residential listings in the entire OKC Metro area including Edmond, where she currently lives. When not selling real estate, she loves spending time with her family and watching her six grandchildren in their many activities.
